USA & International - Shipping charges apply. Duty and taxes are at the customers expense.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

We do our best to get orders out immediately.  Depending on your location, most orders are received within 4-8 business days.

Need it sooner?  Expedited service can be arranged at customers request and expense.

Eligibility for returns:

Returns are accepted on regular priced items within 10 days after receiving your goods.  Each parcel has a tracking number and can be followed through to delivery to your location.  We know when you receive your order. You then have 10 days to decide what you love or send back to the boutique within that time frame. Any orders received after the 10 days will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition - unused, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed. Original tags must be attached.

Shoes must be unworn and in original condition and the box must not be damaged or ruined with tape or shipping labels.

Items sent back are at the customers expense.  We do not cover return shipping.

We do not cover the cost to re-ship an exchanged item.  A flat fee of $20 will be charged for exchanged items having to be reshipped within Canada.

 

Please keep your goods in returnable condition:

Clothing: Please be careful of makeup or deodorants rubbing off on the garment. Do not wear strong perfumes. Please remove all jewelry when trying things on to avoid snagging fabrics.

Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily. Always try on carpet.  Footwear must be returned undamaged and unworn.  Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must also be returned undamaged.

 

No price adjustments.
